What every creator publishes
1. Your video
A short holiday video is the centre of the trip. Every video shown on CopyMyTrip receives a prominent Copy My Trip button on or directly below it.
2. Trip details
Destination, dates, departure airport, travellers, duration, hotel, transport, activities, companies used, costs and your honest experience.
3. Normal links
Add the normal hotel or holiday URL. Do not add your own affiliate link. CopyMyTrip will create the Valenor affiliate tracking link when the partner is supported.
Creator submission checklist
- Video: MP4/MOV or supported social video source
- Trip title: clear and specific
- Destination: country, region and resort/city
- Travel dates: when you actually travelled
- Departure: airport or starting location
- Travellers: adults and children
- Stay: hotel/property and room type
- Transport: airline, train, car or package provider
- Activities: what you booked and enjoyed
- Costs: components and total budget
- Provider URLs: normal public links
- Disclosure: honest notes and sponsored elements
The permanent tracking connection
Creator ID → Video ID → Trip ID → Click ID → Partner ID → Conversion ID → Commission ID
These IDs keep the creator, video, trip, outbound click and future commission connected. Creator commission becomes payable only after the travel partner confirms and pays it.
